JOB VACANCY – Executive Director
This is a key post in a small Christian charity at an exciting time of growth and development. The new Executive Director will have the opportunity to develop and implement Wellspring’s strategy and have oversight of its day to day operations in conjunction with staff, volunteers and trustees.
You will have:
Strong leadership and ability to encourage, motivate and manage your team.
Mature Christian faith and be called by God.
Experience in managing projects and developing strategies for sustainability.
An understanding of the structures and needs of a high quality counselling organisation in the voluntary sector.
This is a 25 hour post.
