Would you like to cope better with stress, improve your confidence and make new friends?
If yes…..we can help!
Wellspring has recently secured funding from the Health and Adult Services Directorate to assist adults struggling with loneliness and isolation. We will be running a series of free ‘small group’ workshops to develop skills and strategies and form networks to stay in touch. These will take place on the same day every week (for two hours per day) over six weeks. We will also offer one to one counselling with trained counsellors to assist some participants with more in-depth issues.
Our Aims
We aim to promote a better understanding of the link between mental and physical health; to help you understand the signs, symptoms and early triggers of loss of well-being; to assist you to develop skills and strategies for addressing loneliness and becoming more positively engaged with your community.
