We will be running another funded MHFA course specifically for volunteers working with ex-offenders on Sat 2 & Sat 9 July 2016 in Leeds.
The MHFA course is an internationally recognised course which teaches people to recognise the symptoms of mental health problems, provide initial help & guide a person towards appropriate professional help.
The course is fully funded for volunteers working with (ex-) offenders; there is only a contribution of £20 for the manual. The course will take place from 9am-5pm on both 2 & 9 July at Green House, Kirkstall Lane, Leeds LS6 3LF (on the premises of South Parade Baptist Church). A commitment to attend both course dates is essential.
