I work with glass, mostly in its cold form known as stained glass, using traditional methods and craftsmanship to create my art. My installations and pieces are both functional and works of art.
My work is often abstract, inspired by nature and by the beauty of the glass itself.
The process of creating something is all-consuming, from the design to the execution of the craft. When teaching my workshops people often comment that they feel the psychological benefit of being absorbed in the present during the making process, not weighed down by their thoughts of the past or anxieties about the future.
