- Firstly, please telephone Wellspring to cancel your session and do not come into the building if you are displaying any symptoms of the virus or if you are self-isolating. Please refer to the latest guidance on the government website for information.
- For your safety and ours, all counsellors and clients attending the building will be required to maintain social distancing.
- Everyone attending the building will be required to wear a facemask, unless you are exempt from wearing one. This must be worn at all times when entering or moving around the building.
- Please attend your sessions on your own; anyone waiting for you will need to stay out of the building.
- Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time; you may need to wait outside.
- Please take turns and observe social distancing as you enter the building and throughout your counselling session.
- Wash your hands as you arrive.
- Please bring your own supply of drinking water, tissues and paper and a pen- if needed as we are currently unable to supply these.
- If possible, please pay by card/bring a cheque/ the correct fee in cash.
