Executive Director
This is a key post in a Christian charity which continually strives to achieve its full potential. You will work collaboratively to develop and implement Wellspring’s strategy and have oversight of its day-to-day operations. You will have:
- A mature and active Christian faith.
- Exceptional relational/people skills.
- Strong leadership and ability to build unity through a shared purpose.
- Experience in managing projects and maintaining sustainability.
- Understanding of the structures of a counselling charity.
