A one-day workshop with Mark Ruston for teachers and support staff focusing on Attachment Theory and strategies for intervention in the classroom. The day will cover the four key attachment styles and how they might impact on day-to-day classroom dynamics. The aim is to develop workable interventions that make a difference, both in terms of pupil behaviour and teacher self-care.
