Is counselling for you?

Wellspring is a Counselling and Training Centre established in 2003. We offer a professional, confidential counselling service in our comfortable and peaceful premises.

The service is offered to anyone regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnic or cultural background and to people of any faith or none.

We are experienced in working with many kinds of issues including;

 stress  anxiety loss and change  abuse  abortion  anger
 rape  self-harm  eating disorders  addictions
 depression  relationships

 If requested we are also able to offer the opportunity to integrate issues of faith and spirituality into counselling.

To make an appointment you will need to telephone Wellspring yourself, even if counselling has been recommended by someone else such as your GP. We will then arrange to send out an application form to you by email or by post. When you return it to us we will put you on the waiting list or allocate you to a suitable

counsellor. Appointments are available during the day or evening and all appointments take place at our premises in Starbeck which are accessible to people with disabilities.
