Meet Dr David Walton, psychologist and author of “Emotional Intelligence – a practical guide”, a newly published book for a lay audience.

He will introduce the concept of emotional intelligence and discuss its relevance to everyday life. This is an evening for everyone to find out what it is and how it can affect your health, your relationships and your family.

Our Wellspring Quiet Day is now booked for Saturday 15 June, 10 – 3, at Hollin House in Leeds. 

It’s an opportunity to find some peace and quiet in our busy lives. All the counsellors, receptionists and staff of Wellspring are invited, along with the Friends of Wellspring. The day will be led by Olivia Lambert (our chair of trustees). Do come along if you can!
