Wanted: Volunteer Gardener, Starbeck
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY: GARDENER
Do you have green fingers, and some spare time?
Wellspring is a Christian charity in Starbeck, Harrogate which offers counselling to the community. We rely heavily on volunteers for a wide range of positions. We are currently looking for someone to look after our small but beautiful patio garden; to weed and keep the garden looking tidy all year round, but there’s also room to be creative. Our outdoor space is a small concrete patio garden, with one raised bed and a tree. We estimate the work would take no more than 2 hours per month; perhaps a bit more in the autumn.
We are flexible regarding days and times but you would need to bring your own gardening tools.

Coffee morning in aid of Wellspring, 16 April, Harrogate
Charity Coffee Morning at St Paul’s URC, Victoria Ave, Harrogate
Saturday, 16th April 2016, 10.30 -12
The coffee morning will take place in the Church Hall and will include a cake stall, a bookstall and a Wellspring info stand.
The entrance to the main hall is located on the Belford Road side of St. Paul’s Church. There is a school playground further up Belford Road and this is open at weekends for additional car parking for events at St. Paul’s.
