Training and Education Co-ordinator

Initially 16 hrs per week, to increase to 23 hrs with charity’s growth.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to take the initiative, and work reflectively with the Executive Director to further develop this expanding role. This post holder will be responsible for coordinating all training and education events and managing relationships with external trainers. Where appropriate they will also be responsible for delivering community-based education sessions to local groups. In addition, it is intended that Wellspring will become an accredited counselling training provider, and the post holder will be expected to lead this development.

The post holder must be sympathetic to the Christian ethos and vision of Wellspring.

Job Vacancy: HR Officer

Initially 16 hrs per week, may increase to 23 hrs with charity’s growth.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to take the initiative, and work reflectively with the Operations Manager to further develop this new role.

This post holder will be responsible for coordinating all Human Resources functions within the organisation. They should be qualified to CIPD level 3 or above. An understanding of, or willingness to learn about, safe and ethical practice in counselling is also essential.
