About the trainer
Elaine Wainaina is an accredited counsellor with BACP.
She co-founded the charity Wellspring Therapy & Training in 2003 and has overseen its growth and development until she stepped down as director at the end of 2013.
Elaine is also a qualified and experienced supervisor, as well as an approved instructor of the Mental Health First Aid course.
