Administrator and Receptionist

15 – 20 hours per week

FTE £22,911 p.a.

 

Our charity is growing and to ensure that we can support our community to maximum benefit we are looking to increase the number of counselling sessions we can provide. In order to do this safely and effectively we are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator and Receptionist into our team.

We would love to hear from anyone who has proven experience of working in a similar role, who is highly organised with a friendly and approachable manor with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Finance Officer

10 hours per week

FTE salary £26246 – £29144 dependent on experience

The Finance Officer role presents an exciting opportunity to join a local Charity which is continuing to develop and grow. It is a key role which is responsible for managing the financial operations of the organisation.

We would love to hear from anyone who has proven experience of working in a similar role, has a methodical and organised approach to work with the ability to meet tight and competing deadlines whilst playing an active part in our small team.

Looking for a volunteering opportunity?

If you have a friendly & approachable personality, excellent communication skills and are looking for an opportunity to serve in a growing charity, then becoming a Wellspring Welcomer might be just the thing for you!

As a Wellspring Welcomer, you will play a key part in the charity by welcoming clients, sitting on Reception, and doing basic administration tasks.

Our Welcomers usually volunteer for one 3-4 hour slot per week. We are looking for more Welcomers to join us throughout the week but specifically people who could do Friday afternoons from mid March to May/June 2022.

Job Vacancy: Operations Officer

18 hours per week

FTE £27,741 pa. pro rata

 

We are looking for an Operations Officer to help us with the safe, smooth and efficient running of the daily activities of the charity.

The Operations Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, building management, regulatory compliance including Health & Safety as well as have oversight of the Charity’s IT.

The role requires someone who is exceptionally well organised and efficient, is used to dealing with a diverse workload, has strong IT skills and is practically minded.
